As a vehicle owner, I agree to abide by all rules of St Louis County for use of Jefferson Barracks Park and Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

- Included in those rules is the requirement that I only drive my vehicle on paved roads ( pavement is concrete, blacktop [asphalt] and gravel ) except access to the battlefield where directed by the MP's.

- I understand I am allowed to park my vehicle on the grass adjacent to the pavement but not damage the grass. I will only park in areas designated for reenactor vehicle parking as the other areas are for use of the public as determined by St Louis County.

Optional Emergency Medical Information

This is entirely optional. Regardless of whether or not you choose to provide this information please ensure that you have any necessary medication on hand should an emergency occur. Please also keep on hand sufficient water and extra clothing.

Do you have any health conditions we should know about that may require special consideration (ie. bee allergy requiring an epi-pen, pacemaker, heart problems). No smart ass remarks - this is a serious question.
