Event Times - When does everything happen?
|10:00 AM - 2:00 PM||Educational tours for schools.|
Friday morning and early afternoon is our 'School Day' at this event. The general public is admitted on Saturday and Sunday - if you would like to attend on either of those days please view our Spectator's area.
From 10:00 AM until late Friday night we are setting up so you get a personal tour, but some of our equipment won't be present until Saturday morning. The camp is usually set-up by Friday morning and some vehicles are there, which makes this a popular venue.
Report to our camp area located in the 2nd lowest blue area on the map (the 2nd Rangers spot can be seen more clearly as #23 on the camp map, which can be seen on the reenactor's page under Camp, and is marked with '2nd Rangers').
1. Capt Clarence Goldsmith (platoon leader in H Co, 3rd Batt, 504 PIR, 82nd AB)

3. SSGt Richard Maskell (2nd ID)
4. WO George Green (3rd Marine Div)
5. Mr. Sullivan (Waistgunner on B24, SSgt, AA Corp – Pacific Theatre)
6. Lt Col Lyle Bouck (CO, IR Platoon, 99th ID) Tentative
Advance Notice and Stations
Advance notice of your intention to report to our camp is not required, however it should be your first stop upon arrival. There will be a steady flow of several different stations that will be open for display. If you see an empty one just walk up to it - but do not go inside the tents or climb about the displays.
The reenactors will be glad to give you a presentation; and when they are done the next one should be open for the next presentation.
Due to the complexity of this event, the number of reenactors setting up, and the time involved our school tour times are firm and cannot be adjusted.
Please remember to send a thank you letter or note via e-mail to Kevin Owens ( ) or contact him via phone for his mailing address (314) 467-0741.
