There will be no inside / indoors vending in 2013.
This event is likely to see over 20,000 people throughout the weekend - not including the 300-500 reenactors attending.
Register and Pre-pay
To pre-register for your spot at the event please complete the online form.
Once registered you must pay your fee online using our PayPal donation form, go to Ways to Donate, or send your payment via PayPal to firstname.lastname@example.org -- note the .us not .org. Your fee is a tax deductable donation to the organization.
If you do not pay the fee immediately your spot will not be held. Unfortunately we've had several vendors request space, then not attend the event, and the Park is imposing a fee for vendors, so this ensures your spot is reserved and we're able to meet all of the Park's requirements.
For non-food vedors spots are limited and are at a cost of $75 (no indoor vending in 2013).
For food vendors, your fee is $100 - flat rate.
If you did not pay your fees for last year you will not be able to register for this year unless you pay for both year's fees at once.
Naturally we accept donations if you would like to donate more - your donation is tax deductable.
