Directions
From highway 255 (270) exit onto Telegraph Rd and turn North. Drive almost exactly 3.0 miles to the park entrance on the right, do not veer left when Telegraph Rd. deviates to the left. Stay straight and the road will transition into Kingston Dr. After you have traveled 3.0 miles from the highway, you will see Jefferson Barracks County Park entrance on the right. Enter here, pass through the stone gate, and make the first (Gark Rd.) or second (CCC Rd) left to get to the encampments.
There is plenty of free parking is available.
Parking
Parking is available for the vendors at the vendor location (for vendors using vehicles as both their method of transportation and selling vehicle) or in the North lot (marked both public and reenactor parking). Look at the map at the very top for the yellow and purple area.
Vendors are not permitted to park south of the vendor area.
Toilets
Publically accessible toilets are located at the visitor’s center (green area on the map), the powder magazine (across from the 2nd Ranger’s camp), and at Lee's Shelter, which is just South of the camp.
Porta-potties will also be placed at random locations throughout the cap area.

The Dance
A WWII Canteen Dance will be held at Grant's shelter on Saturday night. Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery borders the park to the south. The Friends of Jefferson Barracks will be hosting the dance as well as a dinner prior to the dance. A nominal charge will be required for dinner and we encourage you to donate in addition to that charge. In addition, inside tables, at the Dance are $80 per table or $10 per ticket (8 per table). No inside tables are automatically reserved for reenactors. Contact Friends of Jefferson Barracks directly for table reservations using the number below.

Set-up
Set-up will take place the entire week prior to the actual event. Any set-up earlier than Friday requires authorization from our President Kevin Owens (
).
Registration
All exhibitors are required to register - online or in person. If in person, please register as early as possible on Saturday morning. Upon registration you will receive an identification card that you must have on you at all times. This card will be checked randomly throughout the weekend. If you don't have a card you will be given one opportunity to register your vending unit – if you do not have a card the second time around you will be asked to leave.
If you register online please print your confirmation form and bring a copy of it to the registration desk. Digital copies are acceptable as well.
Event Safety
All vending vehicles and setups using heat / flame must have a valid fire extinguisher on board at all times for precautionary measures.
If you allow people behind the scenes it is your responsibility monitor the visitors.
If you do not want people behind the scenes you must provide appropriate measures.

Donations
As a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the 2nd Rangers is able to function due to the generous donations of the public and reenactors.
To facilitate on-site donations we will have preprinted envelopes throughout the camp and at the battlefield where you can write your mailing or e-mail address and insert your donation.
The week following the event you will receive a tax-donation receipt for the amount you donated.

Rules
Refusal to obey the following rules and any other commands of the event organizers, the U.S. 2nd Ranger Infantry Battalion of St. Louis, Inc., or the St. Louis County Parks Department, will result in your dismissal from the event.
- This will be a public battle and encampment with WWII veterans observing. Do not do anything that would disrespect their memories.
- All participants must conduct themselves in a safe, responsible manner, at all times.
- Illegal drugs are not permitted. Park department rules may not allow alcohol in camp after dark. Act responsibly.
- All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian when on the battlefield.
- Any litter you make anywhere in the park will be cleaned up by you.
- Complaints, suggestions, or compliments should be made in writing via our contact form. Your concerns will be addressed within 48 hours.
